Explicit Consent Text

In connection with the Sunum.App service offered by OptiNode Bilişim Limited Şirketi ("Company"), your explicit consent, which is required under Articles 5/1, 6/2 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), is obtained through this text.

By proceeding, you declare that you have read this text and that you consent of your own free will to the data processing activities described below.

1. Consent for Transfer Abroad (AI Service Providers)

So that you can benefit from the AI-assisted content generation service, the content you upload and your generation instructions are transferred to the following US-based service providers:

• Artificial intelligence text and content analysis providers — analyzing your brand information and generating scripts and narration text
• Image generation providers — posters, slides and scene visuals
• Speech synthesis providers — voice-over generation
• Video generation providers — scene videos and talking-portrait videos
• Content moderation providers — blocking prohibited content

You give your explicit consent for the above transfer to take place. If you do not give this consent, you will not be able to benefit from the AI-assisted content generation service.

2. Consent for Marketing Communications (Optional)

Your explicit consent is requested for the Company to send you, via email, SMS, push notifications or similar electronic communication channels;

• Announcements of new features and services
• Promotions, campaigns and discount news
• Surveys and user satisfaction research
• Useful content (e-newsletters, usage tips, educational materials)

Giving this consent is entirely optional and does not prevent you from using our service. You may withdraw this consent at any time via the "unsubscribe" link in emails or through your account settings.

These messages qualify as "commercial electronic messages" under the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages. Your consent and your opt-out notice are recorded through the Message Management System (İleti Yönetim Sistemi, İYS); you can also view and withdraw your consent via iys.org.tr. Your opt-out notice will be processed within at most 3 (three) business days . Informational messages relating to the operation of the service (such as generation completed, payment received, security alert) are not considered commercial messages and are sent independently of this consent.

3. Consent for Use of Cookies

Apart from the technical/essential cookies we use on our website, performance cookies and marketing cookies are enabled only with your explicit consent. You can change your cookie settings at any time via the Cookie Policy page or through the cookie notice bar on the site.

4. Your Right to Withdraw Your Consent

You may withdraw the explicit consent you have given under Articles 5/1 and 9 of the KVKK at any time.

• Consent for AI service transfers: If withdrawn, the content generation service will be stopped and your account may be deactivated.
• Consent for marketing communications: Can be easily withdrawn through your account settings or via emails.
• Cookie consent: Can be withdrawn through your browser or the cookie settings on the site.

Withdrawing consent stops future data processing activities; it does not affect the validity of data processing activities lawfully carried out before the date of withdrawal.
