1.2 Buyer (Consumer)
The name, e-mail address and billing address registered in your Sunum.App account at the time of the order. In the order-based agreement these fields are filled in automatically.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the nature, price and delivery terms of the credit (production package or one-off credit top-up) purchased by the Buyer electronically through the Sunum.App platform and of the AI-powered content generation service (presentation, video, image) used in return for that credit.
3. Subject, Price and Method of Delivery of the Service
What is sold on the platform is credit; content generations are used by deducting this credit. The essential characteristics of the purchased item are stated in the order summary and the price breakdown:
- Purchased: Production package (annual commitment, its credits loaded in full at the beginning of the period) or one-off credit top-up (valid without any time limit)
- Types of Service: Content analysis · Presentation generation (.pptx) · Video generation (.mp4, narrated) · Image generation (PNG/JPG)
- Price: Shown in the order summary as an amount with VAT included
- Credit Cost: The credits that each generation will consume are shown on screen before the generation starts and are deducted upon the Buyer's approval; no separate payment is collected for the generation
- Payment: Credit/debit card via Bank Virtual POS with 3D Secure
- Method of Delivery: The credits are loaded into the account the moment the payment is confirmed; the generated content is delivered electronically (downloadable link in your account)
- Delivery Time: 1–15 minutes following the credit approval, depending on the type of service; statutory maximum 30 days
- Carry-Over: Package credits not used by the end of the period do not carry over; credits topped up on a one-off basis are valid without any time limit
3.1 Sunum.App+ Subscription
If the Buyer purchases the Sunum.App+ (Plus / Plus Video) package, this agreement is in the nature of a subscription agreement renewed in monthly periods. The subscription is extended by one month at the end of each period until the Buyer cancels it, and the period fee (VAT included, at the list price applicable at the moment of renewal) is collected at each renewal: from the registered card through bank tokenisation if the Buyer has registered a card for renewal, and otherwise through the payment link sent by e-mail. Every renewal is notified to the Buyer by e-mail and an invoice is issued for it. The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time from the Marketing → Membership page in their account; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, the period fee already paid is not refunded, and all rights remain open until that date. Period quotas are reset at each renewal; unused rights do not carry over to the following period. If the renewal fee cannot be collected, the Seller notifies the Buyer and grants a renewal period of three days; if the payment is not made within this period, the subscription ends and the account and the generated content are retained.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15/1-(ğ) and (h) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts in which performance has begun with the consumer's approval and the service has been performed before the withdrawal period expires.
In the Sunum.App service, since the purchased credits are loaded into the account the moment the payment is confirmed and generation is started immediately the moment the Buyer approves the credit cost, the Buyer has no right of withdrawal in respect of these transactions whose performance has begun. Through the approval checkboxes given during the payment and generation approvals, the Buyer declares that they consent to performance of the service beginning immediately and that they waive the right of withdrawal. Content generation after the analysis continues upon the Buyer's approval of the analysis results; this approval process is part of the performance of the service and does not give rise to a right of withdrawal.
For production packages, the Buyer's right of cancellation is reserved: in the event of cancellation, a refund is made in proportion to the credits not yet used (see Refund and Cancellation Terms).
5. General Provisions
- The Buyer declares that they have read and obtained knowledge of all the preliminary information on the Sunum.App site regarding the essential characteristics of the service subject to the agreement, the sales price and the method of payment as well as the delivery, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
- By confirming this agreement electronically, the Buyer confirms that, before the distance contract was concluded, they also obtained correctly and completely the address, the essential characteristics of the service ordered, the price including taxes and the payment information that the Seller is required to provide to the Buyer.
- The service subject to the agreement is produced according to the information stated by the Buyer at the time of the order. The Seller is not responsible for content defects arising after generation due to incorrect or incomplete information.
- The Seller undertakes to complete the generation process within the average time stated. If the order is delayed due to an access restriction or a technical interruption of the AI service providers, the Buyer is informed.
6. Other Obligations of the Parties
6.1 Obligations of the Seller
- Providing the service in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği)
- Delivering the information relating to the generation to the Buyer (status updates, completion notification)

- Processing and protecting personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)
6.2 Obligations of the Buyer

7. Intellectual Property Rights
The right to use the generated outputs commercially and personally belongs to the Buyer. However, the AI providers' own terms and copyright rules also remain applicable. The Buyer is responsible for any third-party rights infringements arising from the generated content.
8. Service Quality and Limitation of Liability
- Due to the probabilistic nature of artificial intelligence generation, the absolute accuracy of the generated content is not guaranteed.
- The generated outputs must be checked by the Buyer before publication.
- The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
- The Seller cannot be held responsible for circumstances such as force majeure, an AI service interruption or internet infrastructure problems.
9. Resolution of Disputes
In disputes that may arise from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) are competent up to the value announced in accordance with the law by the Ministry of Customs and Trade (Gümrük ve Ticaret Bakanlığı), and the Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) are competent for disputes above that value. The competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts are the judicial authorities at the place of residence of the Buyer or of the Seller.
10. Entry Into Force
This agreement enters into force upon its acceptance by the Buyer electronically during the order approval. A copy of the agreement is retained in the Buyer's account and is sent together with the order summary e-mail.
