Delivery Terms

All services of Sunum.App are provided digitally. There is no physical delivery, cargo or shipping process.
1. Delivery Method
All generated outputs (PowerPoint presentation, promotional video, image) are delivered electronically:
- As a downloadable link on the project page in your account
- As a notification to your registered e-mail address when the process is completed
2. Delivery Time
After payment is confirmed, the AI content analysis starts immediately. Once you review and approve the analysis results, the production phase begins. Estimated times:

| Multiple images (4 items) | 2–4 minutes |
The times are indicative and may vary depending on the load of third-party AI service providers. The legal maximum delivery period is 30 (thirty) days (Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği) Article 7).
3. Place and Address of Delivery
Since outputs are provided electronically, there is no delivery place/address. The e-mail address in your account registration is the only valid delivery point.
4. Issues During Delivery
Although very rare, if you encounter any of the following situations:
- Production remaining in the "Processing" status for a long time
- The download link not working
- The notification e-mail not arriving
- The generated files being unable to open or being corrupted
You can use the Try Again button or contact our support team at info@sunum.app. If the issue cannot be resolved technically, it will be considered within the scope of a refund.
5. Retention Period
- Generated outputs are permanently deleted from our servers 1 day after you first view the output page; if you never view it, they are deleted 7 days after production. For your privacy, the file is not kept on the server after this period — the copy you downloaded remains with you.
- Source files you upload for production (PDF, URL contents) are automatically deleted 30 days after production is completed.
- When these periods expire, files are removed from the system irretrievably.
6. Delivery Fee
Since delivery is digital, no shipping/delivery fee is charged.
